You enter the hours per week each repetitive task takes and rate whether it follows the same steps every time (1 = needs your judgment every time, 5 = identical steps every time). Only repeatable work (rated 3+) counts toward your automatable hours, and the dollar figure is those hours × what an hour of that work is worth to you × 52 weeks. Everything runs in your browser — nothing is sent or stored.
